Frameway is operated by ClipMania SARL-S, registration number B286461, registered at 3 Um Flouer, Hagen, Luxembourg. If you use Frameway for an organisation, you confirm that you can bind that organisation.
Frameway is an AI-powered video editing platform that helps creators and teams transform real footage into edited videos and platform-specific clips. Services include AI clip selection, editing, cropping, captions, formatting, video processing, and content management.
You must be at least 18. You are responsible for account security, activity under your credentials, rights to uploaded content, and compliance with applicable laws.
You may not upload unlawful or infringing content, reverse engineer the platform, scrape the service without permission, damage or overload infrastructure, share credentials improperly, or resell access without written consent.
You retain ownership of uploaded content and grant ClipMania SARL-S a limited licence to process, edit, and store it solely to provide Frameway. You are responsible for holding the required rights.
Frameway's platform, software, AI models, brand, design, and documentation belong to ClipMania SARL-S and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.
Paid features are billed in euros and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Stripe processes payments. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Pricing changes may be communicated with 30 days' notice.
We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, pause, or be discontinued, with advance notice of material changes where possible.
Frameway is provided as is and as available. AI output may contain inaccuracies and must be reviewed before publication. We do not guarantee that output meets every specific requirement.
To the extent permitted by law, ClipMania SARL-S is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate the agreement. Access ends on termination. Frameway may suspend access for breach or non-payment and will handle content according to the retention policy.
These terms are governed by Luxembourg law and disputes are subject to Luxembourg courts, without limiting mandatory consumer protections.
We may update these terms and will communicate material changes at least 14 days before they take effect where appropriate.
