Frameway is operated by ClipMania SARL-S, registration number B286461, registered at 3 Um Flouer, Hagen, Luxembourg. Our Privacy Policy describes how we process personal data; it is information, not a contract you agree to. If you use Frameway for an organisation, you confirm that you can bind that organisation.
Frameway is an AI-powered video editing platform that helps creators and teams transform real footage into edited videos and platform-specific clips. Services include AI clip selection, editing, cropping, captions, formatting, video processing, and content management.
You must be at least 18. You are responsible for account security, activity under your credentials, rights to uploaded content, and compliance with applicable laws.
You may not upload unlawful or infringing content, reverse engineer the platform, scrape the service without permission, damage or overload infrastructure, share credentials improperly, or resell access without written consent.
You retain ownership of uploaded content and grant ClipMania SARL-S a limited licence to process, edit, and store it solely to provide Frameway. You are responsible for holding the required rights.
Frameway's platform, software, AI models, brand, design, and documentation belong to ClipMania SARL-S and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.
Paid features are billed in euros. Standard plan prices include applicable VAT. Custom business deals may be priced exclusive or inclusive of VAT as stated on the offer. Purchases are processed by Polar, which acts as merchant of record and applies its own buyer terms at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel renewal beforehand through the billing portal. Subscription credits are allocated per monthly allowance period and expire at the end of that period; annual plans receive twelve monthly allocations. Pricing changes may be communicated with 30 days' notice.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from a subscription contract within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. To withdraw, email info@frameway.ai stating that you withdraw, with your account email and order reference. If you asked us to start the service during the withdrawal period, you may owe a proportionate amount for the service used before withdrawal. Refunds are made within 14 days via the original payment method.
We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, pause, or be discontinued, with advance notice of material changes where possible.
Frameway is provided as is and as available. AI output may contain inaccuracies and must be reviewed before publication. We do not guarantee that output meets every specific requirement.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights and remedies are unaffected and the following cap does not apply. For business customers, and to the extent permitted by law, ClipMania SARL-S is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and aggregate liability is limited to fees paid during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate the agreement. Access ends on termination. Frameway may suspend access for breach or non-payment and will handle content according to the retention policy.
These terms are governed by Luxembourg law and disputes are subject to Luxembourg courts, without limiting mandatory consumer protections.
We may update these Terms for legal, security, technical or commercial reasons. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Changes do not apply retroactively to completed purchases. Where the law gives you a right to reject a change or terminate, we will explain how to exercise it.
